More PATRIOT Act Love

I assume this has to do with the PATRIOT Act. More invasion of privacy. And for what? What will this solve? As stated in the article:

“…the rule will stifle innovation…”

Just when innovation is making a come back, this shit has to happen. The culmination of our past innovations have been wildly successful due to the freedoms we have now.

While this mandate has yet to be passed, if it is enacted, only 18 month separate us from the freedoms we have now. Savor them!

Bush to criminalize? No way!

Bush to criminalize protesters under Patriot Act as ‘disruptors’

Unbelievable. This is the last thing we need. It seems that the PATRIOT Act is now being forced upon Americans further subduing any and all freedoms we have. Why did I get that sinking feeling this was going to happen when it was first enacted? Did Americans not realize what the PATRIOT Act was capable of? We must now find another way of expressing our discontent with the current President. While wearing an ‘I Hate Bush’ shirt at one of his speeches might not be the best way to express disgust, but it is the more feral of any. And in this situation, we need to be as intimidating as possible. I guess you could say that the past protests have really done something. Removed our rights for protesting.

Pretty soon, I won’t be able to type any ‘offensive’ thoughts on the web. /me cries
